NEBRASKA is one of our most popular kits. This model has a total footprint of 24' x 40',  960 ft² which includes the 6' covered deck area. The main floor interior is 24' x 34', 816' plus a 280 ft² loft over the 2 bedrooms. The roof has a 7/12 roof pitch giving the loft 90" of height. The main living area has 14' high cathedral ceilings creating a very open living space.

Wall insulating kit: includes metal brackets & 3/4: tongue & groove wall cover boards made of matching wood. Install studs using the brackets and then apply the interior wall cover boards over the studs. Add 10% to the selling price.
